We believe in quality take-out and delicious comfort food. We had previously opened restaurants specializing in poutine and Southeast Asian street food. Bobbie Sue’s was born from a desire to put our spin on another Canadian favourite.
We start with cavatappi, or scooby doo pasta. Then we add our classic béchamel and top with a variety of cheeses to suit any mood – ranging from our Classic Mac made with a five-cheese blend to our Buffalo Blue Mac made with chicken, blue cheese and Frank’s hot sauce.
In addition to our dairy based macs, we also have a Vegan Mac on the menu (made with Nona Vegan) and will soon be adding a gluten-free option.
